Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Positive Steps.

Eligibility

  • The current prize draw is open until 31st March 2026. Entries after this date will not be included in the draw.
  • By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. To be eligible to enter the draw your name must feature on the list of young people provided to us by Oldham Council or Rochdale Council. Local authorities have a statutory duty to track the destinations of young people after they leave school and up to 18 years old (to age 25 with EHCP) – Positive Steps undertakes this tracking function on behalf of both Oldham and Rochdale Local Authority.
  • A maximum of one entry per individual is permitted.
  • The prize draw is free to enter.

How to Enter

  • You can enter the prize draw by scanning the QR code provided by Positive Steps or clicking on the link.
  • Positive Steps will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The Prize

  • The prize will be a high street voucher.
  • The winner will be drawn at random.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
  • The winner will be contacted by either email or telephone.
  • If the winner does not respond to the communication notifying them of their win within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize. Positive Steps reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.
  • Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize. Alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data Protection and Publicity

  • You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Positive Steps for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.
  • An announcement of the winner’s initials will be made via social media (e.g. Facebook, X (formally Twitter) or Instagram) and on Positive Steps website after the closing date.

General

  • Positive Steps reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
  • The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
