The Role
Oldham Youth Justice Service are working hard to prevent and reduce offending by children in the local area. To help us achieve our vision, we are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated and committed Case Manager, who has experience of working with children in the field of criminal justice or safeguarding.
As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for holding a caseload of children and families open to the Youth Justice Service. You will conduct holistic assessments and implement plans to improve outcomes for children and families, as well as preparing Pre Sentence Reports for Court, in line with legislation, guidance, quality standards and best practice. Maintaining strong relationships with relevant partners will be key to this work.
We value agile working so you will be working from our central Oldham office, home, and out in the community.
